"Trust me babe, it's great for your skin, AND it tastes like salted caramel.

"No you fucking trust ME, oh optimistic boyfriend of the past, it is not and it definitely does not.

If you want something that actually is good for your skin, collagen is a far more reliable bet than the cream of sumyungguy.

Collagen is one of the key building blocks in your bloody lovely body making up muscles, skin, blood, bones, cartilage, and ligaments. The problem is collagen production declines and eventually stops with age - goodbye plump, bouncy skin of my youth, aaaand hello wrinkles! Ace....

Taking a collagen supplement can help to rebuild all those important body bits which is clearly more desirable than having them fall apart.

I could cut and paste a whole lot of twatwaffle her to persuade you, but it's not my job to peddle products, I take it because I like it and it works for me. You're all smart people (I mean you're hanging out with  me, so that much is certain, you're obviously classy and cool too), you know how the internet works and you can do your own research with Doctor Google if you want to.

What you really need know about these is that they taste fucking legit. A lil bit chewy, a lil bit gooey, a whole lot salted caramelly, with sweet spot satisfaction in spades. There's definitely no question about spitting or swallowing where these guys are involved.

Get this stuff

1 C hulled tahini

1 egg, beaten

1/3-1/2 C sticky sweetener of your choosing (maple syrup, s/f maple, rice malt syrup, honey)

4 scoops ATP Science Vanilla Caramel noway collagen protein or your choice of collagen

1/2 C cacao nibs, chocolate chips or roughly chopped chocolate

Flaky salt to sprinkle

Do this with it

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and line a tray with non-stick paper.

Sling all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix the shizzle out of it until you have a thick sticky dough.

Scoop out generous teaspoon-ish sized blobs, roll into something roughly resembling a ball shape and flatten slightly on the tray.

Repeat until you have an empty bowl and a tray full of cookie dough, pausing to taste test mixture in between. Quality control is very vital.

Give each one a tickle up with a sprinkling of flaky salt on top.

Bake for 15 minutes then whip them out. The cookies will be soft on coming out of the oven (although your nipples may be pert with anticipation). Avoid the temptation to overcook them, this is what’s going to make them a wee bit fudgy and a whole lot awesome.

Allow to cool slightly on the tray then transfer to a rack to chill the fuck out properly.

Store in an airtight container. Or your stomach for really safe keeping.
